Someone has input my information. How do I edit it?
Follow the join me link on the login page and you will be able to contact that person, and have the page passed to you.
How do I get a notice displayed on the tree?
Communicate with the Tree Keeper, they can post it, or help arrange posting status for you.
How do I pass my own Info page to someone else.
If you can no longer manage your Info page you can pass it to another Member, or back to the tree. Note: Your login to the website will be completely removed.
1. Type "goodbyexxx" as your password.
2. After reload, enter the members email that you want to move your page to. Use "wincy@wincycaviness.com" to move your page back to the tree where anyone will be able to edit it.
3. Confirm the pass off.
What happens when a family member dies?
If that member has left info pages unattended, please report it to the Tree Keeper. You can volunteer to the Tree Keeper to have those pages passed to you.
Can I add my spouse to the tree?
You can have their name in your Bio but, the tree entries follow the actual bloodline from Wincy and General Caviness.
Is the website format available for other families?
No, It was custom-built for this family tree.
